These product options for self-service tools are currently used in some capacity by units across WCU, but there is not a collective space or standard for self-service. Templates for a toolkit would need to be created, with an allocation of staff resources in addition to any product costs or implementation fees associated with a campus-wide iniative.
Based on an audit of the most commonly requested services, a market research comparison of other UNC institutions, and a review of current self-service systems available to WCU stakeholders, the following platforms may meet current demands by allowing for self-service delivery of high-volume requests including; posters, invitations, digital signage, PowerPoint, and more.
