Objective

I am eager to move our marketing unit towards a more decentralized model to continue to meet growing demand. With fixed resources, it is not feasible to annually add additional talent or continually seek nonrecurring financial backing from the institution.

In order to ensure stakeholders across the institution continue to have strategic marketing support for their initiatives, it is essential to create auxiliary lines, self-service options or a combination of both in order to support increasing demand.

High Priorities

  • Improve our ability to meet client demand by providing access to creative assets and tools
  • Increase team band-with by offloading repetitive work
  • Focus creative talent on designing new, dynamic multi-faceted campaigns, content and refreshed designs
  • Explore software, templates, digital asset management tools, or other technology
  • Find a viable self-service option for routine support requests
  • Address staffing and resource limitations within the unit
